The Child Center of Pennsylvania is proud to announce Brian Houchins of Mechanicsburg because the recipient of the 2023 Community Recognition Award. Brian Houchins   , a devoted elementary school instructor and neighborhood volunteer, has been an unwavering advocate for children’s schooling and welfare.
